FORMATION POUR L\u2019AUTONOMISATION DES JEUNES ATTEINTS D’ALBINISME <\/strong>\u00a0EN CONFECTION D\u2019EMBALLAGES BIOD\u00c9GRADABLES ET LA TRANSFORMATION DE LA FARINE DE BOUILLIE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Du 13 au 24 janvier 2025, l’Association Live Together As Family (L-TOFA)<\/strong>, en partenariat avec Holy Trinity Brussels<\/strong>, a lanc\u00e9 une formation novatrice \u00e0 Bujumbura<\/strong>. Destin\u00e9e aux jeunes atteints d’albinisme \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 30 ans, cette formation vise \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019autonomisation<\/strong> des participants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences pratiques dans deux domaines cl\u00e9s : la confection d\u2019emballages biod\u00e9gradables<\/strong> et la transformation de la farine de bouillie<\/strong>. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont cruciales pour permettre \u00e0 ces jeunes de s’ins\u00e9rer dans le tissu \u00e9conomique, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la protection de l’environnement et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leur quotidien.<\/p>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Une Formation Pratique et Ax\u00e9e sur l’Autonomisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La formation, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e pendant deux semaines, a couvert trois th\u00e8mes principaux :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. La confection d\u2019emballages biod\u00e9gradables<\/strong> : Un secteur en pleine expansion qui r\u00e9pond aux enjeux environnementaux actuels. En apprenant \u00e0 fabriquer des produits biod\u00e9gradables, les jeunes ont acquis des comp\u00e9tences qui leur permettent d’entrer sur un march\u00e9 en demande d’alternatives \u00e9cologiques.<\/li>\n
  2. La fabrication de bouillie<\/strong> : Un produit alimentaire de base dans de nombreuses familles burundaises. La formation \u00e0 la transformation de la farine de bouillie permet aux jeunes d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences utiles pour l\u2019auto-emploi et le d\u00e9veloppement de micro-entreprises.<\/li>\n
  3. La gestion financi\u00e8re<\/strong> : Cette comp\u00e9tence est essentielle pour permettre aux jeunes de g\u00e9rer efficacement leurs revenus et de planifier leur avenir \u00e9conomique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ces comp\u00e9tences ne sont pas seulement des atouts pour l’emploi, elles repr\u00e9sentent aussi un moyen de renforcer l\u2019autonomie \u00e9conomique<\/strong> et de favoriser l\u2019inclusion sociale<\/strong> des jeunes atteints d\u2019albinisme, un groupe souvent marginalis\u00e9 dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Un Partenariat Solide pour un Impact Durable<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engagement de Holy Trinity Brussels<\/strong>, un partenaire strat\u00e9gique de L-TOFA, qui partage les m\u00eames valeurs de solidarit\u00e9, d\u2019inclusion et de d\u00e9veloppement durable. En soutenant cette formation, Holy Trinity Brussels contribue directement \u00e0 l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes PAA et \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus inclusive.<\/p>\n

    III.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Un Soutien Tangible pour L’Autonomie des Jeunes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \u00c0 la fin de la formation, chaque participant a re\u00e7u un capital de d\u00e9marrage<\/strong> pour les aider \u00e0 entamer son projet d\u2019autonomisation. Ce soutien financier repr\u00e9sente un premier pas vers l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique<\/strong> et permet aux jeunes d’appliquer imm\u00e9diatement les comp\u00e9tences acquises.<\/p>\n

    Constance Katihabwa<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sidente et Repr\u00e9sentante l\u00e9gale de L-TOFA, a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 la formation en exprimant sa gratitude<\/strong> envers tous les participants et formateurs. Elle a soulign\u00e9 l’importance de cette initiative pour favoriser l’autonomie<\/strong> des jeunes atteints d’albinisme et sensibiliser \u00e0 la protection de l’environnement<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions durables et \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n

    IV.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promouvoir l\u2019Inclusion Sociale et \u00c9conomique<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Cette formation a une port\u00e9e bien au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences techniques. Elle participe \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion sociale<\/strong> des jeunes PAA, en leur offrant l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de jouer un r\u00f4le actif dans leur communaut\u00e9, de surmonter la stigmatisation et de gagner en respect<\/strong> \u00e0 travers leur travail. En cr\u00e9ant leurs propres entreprises ou en devenant \u00e9conomiquement ind\u00e9pendants, ces jeunes peuvent non seulement am\u00e9liorer leur qualit\u00e9 de vie, mais aussi changer les perceptions sociales<\/strong> concernant l\u2019albinisme.<\/p>\n

    V.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u2019Engagement de L-TOFA pour l\u2019Avenir des Jeunes PAA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    L’initiative \u00e0 Bujumbura s\u2019inscrit dans une vision plus large<\/strong> port\u00e9e par L-TOFA pour l\u2019autonomisation<\/strong> des jeunes atteints d’albinisme. L’association continue de promouvoir des initiatives durables et inclusives<\/strong> afin de garantir que chaque jeune PAA ait les moyens de r\u00e9aliser son potentiel<\/strong> et d\u2019obtenir une vie plus digne et plus \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n

    VI.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conclusion : Un Pas Vers un Avenir Meilleur<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    La formation dispens\u00e9e par L-TOFA et soutenue par Holy Trinity Brussels<\/strong> marque un tournant d\u00e9cisif dans l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes atteints d\u2019albinisme au Burundi. En leur fournissant des comp\u00e9tences pratiques et des outils financiers, cette initiative ouvre la voie \u00e0 un avenir plus autonome, inclusif et \u00e9panouissant<\/strong> pour ces jeunes.
