Cette rencontre s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre de la poursuite de l&#8217;engagement de L-TOFA pour la d\u00e9fense des droits des femmes et des filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme, une population souvent confront\u00e9e \u00e0 de multiples d\u00e9fis en raison de la stigmatisation et de l&#8217;isolement social.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un Appui Sollicit\u00e9 pour le Renforcement du D\u00e9veloppement des Femmes et Filles Atteintes d&#8217;Albinisme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lors de cet \u00e9change, <strong>Madame Constance Katihabwa<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sidente et Repr\u00e9sentante l\u00e9gale de L-TOFA, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le plan d\u2019action annuel des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association pour 2025. Cette rencontre fut l&#8217;occasion de mettre en lumi\u00e8re l&#8217;initiative phare de l&#8217;association intitul\u00e9e <strong>&#8220;Stand Up and Shine&#8221;<\/strong>. Ce projet vise \u00e0 renforcer le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/strong> des <strong>femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme<\/strong>, afin de les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 devenir des <strong>leaders<\/strong> dans leurs communaut\u00e9s et \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la promotion de l&#8217;inclusion et de la dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&#8217;Initiative &#8220;Stand Up and Shine\u00bb: Vers un Leadership F\u00e9minin Inclusif<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet <strong>&#8220;Stand Up and Shine&#8221;<\/strong> a pour objectif de <strong>valoriser les femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme<\/strong> en leur offrant des opportunit\u00e9s de formation, de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et de leadership. Il s&#8217;agit de briser les barri\u00e8res sociales et de cr\u00e9er des espaces o\u00f9 elles peuvent s&#8217;\u00e9panouir, acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences et prendre des d\u00e9cisions pour leur avenir. Le projet s&#8217;inscrit pleinement dans la vision de L-TOFA de promouvoir une <strong>inclusion sociale durable<\/strong>, en mettant un accent particulier sur l&#8217;autonomisation des femmes et des filles.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation, Madame Katihabwa a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que le projet <strong>&#8220;Stand Up and Shine&#8221;<\/strong> est une <strong>initiative transformative<\/strong>, visant \u00e0 offrir des opportunit\u00e9s pour ces jeunes femmes de <strong>s&#8217;affirmer<\/strong>, de <strong>renforcer leur confiance en elles<\/strong> et de <strong>contribuer activement<\/strong> \u00e0 la construction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un Soutien Inestimable pour L\u2019Autonomisation des Femmes Atteintes d&#8217;Albinisme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Madame Clara Anyangwe, dans sa r\u00e9ponse, a exprim\u00e9 sa <strong>bienveillance<\/strong> et son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le projet <strong>&#8220;Stand Up and Shine&#8221;<\/strong>, soulignant qu\u2019ONUFEMME au Burundi est <strong>particuli\u00e8rement attach\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autonomisation des femmes<\/strong> et au <strong>renforcement de leur leadership<\/strong>. Elle a assur\u00e9 de l&#8217;importance d&#8217;un soutien institutionnel et a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 L-TOFA pour son engagement en faveur de cette cause essentielle.<\/p>\n<p>La rencontre a \u00e9galement permis d&#8217;\u00e9changer sur les <strong>opportunit\u00e9s de collaboration<\/strong> future entre <strong>L-TOFA<\/strong> et <strong>ONUFEMME<\/strong> dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de projets qui visent \u00e0 <strong>am\u00e9liorer la vie des femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme<\/strong>, notamment par des initiatives d&#8217;autonomisation, de formation et de sensibilisation. Un partenariat entre les deux organisations pourrait offrir un <strong>appui strat\u00e9gique<\/strong>, des <strong>ressources financi\u00e8res<\/strong> et un <strong>renforcement des capacit\u00e9s<\/strong> pour atteindre ces objectifs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019Importance de la Collaboration pour un Impact Durable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette rencontre avec <strong>ONUFEMME<\/strong> constitue un <strong>jalon important<\/strong> pour L-TOFA dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ses initiatives. <strong>L&#8217;engagement de L-TOFA<\/strong> envers les femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019appui d\u2019organisations comme ONUFEMME, permettra de <strong>construire des ponts solides<\/strong> pour une <strong>autonomisation durable<\/strong> et un <strong>changement significatif<\/strong> dans la vie de ces jeunes femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Les prochaines \u00e9tapes consisteront \u00e0 approfondir les discussions et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un <strong>plan de coop\u00e9ration concret<\/strong> entre les deux organisations, pour mettre en \u0153uvre le projet <strong>&#8220;Stand Up and Shine&#8221;<\/strong> et d&#8217;autres initiatives en faveur des <strong>femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conclusion : Un Pas Vers un Avenir Plus Inclusif<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La rencontre du 12 f\u00e9vrier 2025 marque un <strong>nouveau tournant<\/strong> pour L-TOFA dans ses efforts pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme. L\u2019association reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>mettre en lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> les <strong>capacit\u00e9s et talents<\/strong> des femmes et filles PAA, en leur offrant des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour <strong>s\u2019\u00e9panouir et devenir des leaders de demain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L-TOFA<\/strong> remercie chaleureusement <strong>Madame Clara Anyangwe<\/strong> et l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe d\u2019ONUFEMME pour leur \u00e9coute, leur soutien et leur engagement \u00e0 faire progresser l&#8217;inclusion des femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme.
