Ce projet vise \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement personnel, l&#8217;autonomisation et le leadership des <strong>femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme<\/strong>, un groupe souvent marginalis\u00e9. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable moment d&#8217;engagement collectif, mettant en lumi\u00e8re l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;inclusion et de la dignit\u00e9 des femmes et filles vivant avec l&#8217;albinisme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(i)Des Interventions Inspirantes pour un Impact Durable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le lancement du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par des interventions passionnantes de nos experts, qui ont apport\u00e9 des perspectives enrichissantes sur des th\u00e9matiques essentielles pour l&#8217;autonomisation des femmes et filles atteintes d&#8217;albinisme :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M. Gilbert<\/strong>, Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Associations des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es du Burundi, a abord\u00e9 les <strong>droits des personnes handicap\u00e9es<\/strong>, soulignant l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;inclusion sociale et de l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e9galitaire aux droits pour toutes et tous.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mme Dalila Nimpagaritse<\/strong> a partag\u00e9 des <strong>conseils pr\u00e9cieux sur le d\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/strong>, insistant sur l&#8217;importance de la confiance en soi, de l&#8217;acquisition de comp\u00e9tences et de la r\u00e9silience face aux d\u00e9fis de la vie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mme Lasia<\/strong>, experte en d\u00e9veloppement personnel, a parl\u00e9 de l&#8217;<strong>estime de soi<\/strong>, rappelant aux participantes l&#8217;importance de se valoriser et de reconna\u00eetre leur potentiel unique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mme Constance Katihabwa<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sidente et Repr\u00e9sentante l\u00e9gale de L-TOFA, a pris la parole pour <strong>mettre en lumi\u00e8re la lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes<\/strong>, soulignant que ce projet est \u00e9galement un moyen de sensibiliser et d&#8217;apporter des solutions aux violences auxquelles de nombreuses femmes et filles atteintes d\u2019albinisme sont confront\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-801\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livetogetherasfamily.bi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/481975062_1358222918645406_8894394977810418240_n-300x236.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.livetogetherasfamily.org.bi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/481975062_1358222918645406_8894394977810418240_n-300x236.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.livetogetherasfamily.org.bi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/481975062_1358222918645406_8894394977810418240_n.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(ii)Un Soutien Institutionnel Essentiel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Mairie de Bujumbura<\/strong> a \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 son soutien au projet. Le repr\u00e9sentant du Maire a soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de ce projet, en appelant \u00e0 une <strong>solidarit\u00e9 collective<\/strong> pour garantir son succ\u00e8s et sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9. Ces kits sont essentiels pour les prot\u00e9ger des effets nocifs des rayons UV, un aspect crucial pour les personnes atteintes d&#8217;albinisme, qui sont particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables aux br\u00fblures cutan\u00e9es et aux risques de cancer de la peau.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, des <strong>kits de dignit\u00e9<\/strong> et des <strong>vivres<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 offerts par le Minist\u00e8re de la Solidarit\u00e9 Nationale, des Affaires Sociales, des Droits de la Personne Humaine et du Genre, permettant ainsi de soutenir davantage les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires dans leur parcours vers l\u2019autonomisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(iv)Remerciements et Perspectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Association L-TOFA tient \u00e0 adresser un grand <strong>merci<\/strong> \u00e0 toutes les personnes et institutions qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Leur <strong>expertise<\/strong> et leur <strong>soutien<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiels pour faire de ce lancement un moment m\u00e9morable et prometteur pour l&#8217;avenir des femmes et filles atteintes d\u2019albinisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet <strong>&#8220;STAND UP AND SHINE&#8221;<\/strong> repr\u00e9sente un tournant dans la vie de nombreuses femmes et filles vivant avec l\u2019albinisme. Il incarne l\u2019espoir, la r\u00e9silience et la conviction qu\u2019il est possible de <strong>briser les cha\u00eenes de la stigmatisation<\/strong> et de l\u2019exclusion.
